Cup Profile: A medium dark roasted blend well rounded with the sweetness of toasted almonds and molasses, for espresso and milk based coffees we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Brazil: The natural processed Brazilian Arabica beans are sourced from the Minas Gerais region. They offer the blend sweetness, body and a smooth mouthfeel.  Sweetness reminiscent of molasses and hazelnut can be found. A perfect base for a blend.

Central and South America: Coffees from these countries are used interchangeably depending on seasonality and availability. They have in a common medium level of acidity and a clean crisp finish.

Colombia: Colombia is the largest producer of washed Arabica in the world. Washed and dried in greenhouses or rooftop elvas, Colombian coffees are generally winey in body with an orange like acidity. This coffee is sourced from the regions of Antioquia and Medellin.

India: This high quality natural processed robusta is shade grown amongst other plants such as cardamom and pepper. This coffee is full bodied with a velvety mouth feel and dark cocoa notes in the aftertaste. This coffee lends itself to adding power to an espresso blend.

A full bodied and coffee with and outstanding creamy and velvety mouthfeel, with a subtle sweetness of caramel. This coffee is suited to blends as it enhances the persistency of the blend, in particular in espresso and milk based blends.

The natural Brazilian Arabica beans are sourced from Minas Gerais offering the blend sweetness, body and a smooth mouthfeel. The washed Central and South American coffees are high grown and give a clean, crisp texture and medium levels of acidity. The Colombian coffee gives winey in body with an orange like acidity. Finally, the natural Indian robusta provides a full bodied kick to the blend.
